Tom Baur
Senior Technology Innovation Consultant
- An accomplished international economic specialist with more than 20 years of experience successfully designing, implementing and managing large-scale projects in Europe, Asia and Africa for the EU, ADB, KfW, ADC, SDC at al.
- Cleantech and innovation management: ample competence in accelerate cleantech innovation and technology transfer for businesses, investors and industry/sector organisations, specifically in the offshore sector, in renewable energy at sea, new materials development and offshore drone innovation.
- Public Private Partnership (PPPs) and sustainability reform: strategic and operational advisory on and implementation of institutional and organisational capacity, including performance measurement and ESG sustainability frameworks.
- Project management and oversight: held senior level and team leadership positions working with multi-cultural teams on all phases of project management from concept, FEED, to FID, implementation and evaluation. Substantial experience in request for proposals (RFPs) preparation, proposals evaluation and the subsequent subcontract negotiations and awards.
